I will get around to making another zine someday, but that day is not today. Maybe once the snow is gone.

Hello World

I have decided to start blogging again. My goal is to post five times a week, if not daily, and to document every comic book I read, which is saying something. I think I will do a reintroduction later on in the week, but this is just a greeting. It's nice to be here again, as a contributing member of the interweb.

First Post

This is the blog for my new Zine, A Bottle Marker Poison. I've been writing zine's for almost two years, with PsycoDork, that changed it's name to Scene Not Heard. I wrote that with a friend, who wasn't as into writing as me, favoring interviewing bands, and planning stuff, and it just wasn't working out. SNH still exists in some level, but this is all mine.
If you have strangely just stumbled apon this thing, here's about me.

I am sixteen and live in south minneapolis.
My favorite "classic" band is the Replacements.
My favorite modern band is My Chemical Romance.
I think Bradford Cox of Atlas Sound/Deerhunter is a genius.
My favorite song is "Asleep" by the Smiths.
My unconditional, no matter who's version favorite song is "You Belong to Me" (1. Atlas
Sound, 2. Patsy Cline, 3. the Misfits)
My favorite Album is Sleepwalker, by JamisonParker.
I have opinions on record labels, but not a favorite, but if you made me chose I'd say Eyeball because people steal their bands.
My favorite books are lots, but right now I'm reading American Gods, by Neil Gaiman, and I so love Morpheus from the sandman comics.
I unironically am scared of Pete Wentz trying to take over the world.
I am straight edge.
I have a ten year old puppy, named lucky.
